From the first block to the last tile — tiling is our signature craft. We don’t just lay tiles; we level the substrate, waterproof wet zones, and use mechanical clip systems so every joint is dead straight and flat underfoot.
Step 01 · Waterproof Prep
Substrate Prep & Tanking
A durable tile installation starts underneath. We level uneven floor screeds, patch rough brickwork flat, and apply liquid waterproof membrane tanking in all shower recesses so damp never enters your walls.

Step 02 · Laser Alignment
Laser Spacing & Zero Lippage
Uneven tile edges (lippage) ruin high-end tiles. We employ mechanical tile leveling spacers and laser cross-lines to ensure continuous, dead-straight joint lines and smooth transitions from tile to tile.

Step 03 · Luxury Handover
Full Bathroom Wall & Floor Tiling
From floor-to-ceiling polished porcelain to shower niche recesses. We install sanitaryware, cut cleanly around pipe penetrations, and finish with anti-fungal silicone beading and stain-resistant grout.

Step 04 · Large Format Floors
Large Format Floor Tiling
Expansive tiling for lounges, dining rooms, hallways, and covered patios. We calculate layout geometry from the center line out to avoid unsightly narrow tile cuts at doorways and skirting boards.
